Welcome to Bandzoogle! During your free trial, you’ll be able to design a website or EPK that is unique to your band. You can build a website or EPK using your music, text, images, and more — then decide if you’d like to upgrade to a paid plan to keep your page(s) online.

When you sign up for a Bandzoogle trial, we’ll provide you with a permanent subdomain (following this format: yourprojectname.bandzoogle.com) along with a unique password to enter in your web browser to view your page(s) online.

This Help article includes the following information:

  • How to view your website/EPK during your free trial
  • Where to find your free trial website/EPK password

How to view your website/EPK during your free trial

  1. Log in to your Bandzoogle account at bandzoogle.com/login
  2. From the ‘Edit Content’ tab, click the ‘View site’ button in the top right corner

To share your in-progress website/EPK with your bandmates, friends, family, or anyone else, follow these steps:

  1. In your browser address bar, enter your Bandzoogle subdomain (yourprojectname.bandzoogle.com) and click ‘Enter’ on your keyboard
  2. Enter the preview password in the field provided
  3. Click on the blue arrow or press ‘Enter’ on your keyboard

Note: The password required to view your page(s) online during the free trial period is posted in your Bandzoogle Control Panel at bandzoogle.com/controlpanel

Your permanent subdomain is assigned when you create your free trial account, and follows this format: yourprojectname.bandzoogle.com. For example, if your project name is 'The Great Band,' your Bandzoogle domain would be thegreatband.bandzoogle.com.

Where to find your free trial website password

If you want to share your website with your bandmates during the free trial period, they’ll be able to see a live version of your site in their browser. They’ll need to enter the unique access password, which you can find through the two options listed below.

From your live preview panel:

  1. Click the 'View site' button at the right corner of your Bandzoogle account
  2. In preview mode, your password is listed in the top banner

From your dashboard:

  1. Click on the BZ (home) icon in the top left corner of your Bandzoogle account
  2. At the top of your ‘Dashboard’ page, you’ll see a call-to-action (titled 'Your trial site is password protected') where your unique password is listed

You can send out your subtemporary domain and password to anyone you'd like, and they can view your page(s) online while your account is active.

The moment you upgrade to a paid plan, the password requirement is removed from your live page(s). You can upgrade from a free trial to a paid plan any time. To view the various EPK and website plans available, please see our 'Bandzoogle Pricing' Help article.
