How to set or change your site title

To set or update your site title in Bandzoogle, follow these steps:. 1. Click on the 'Edit Content' tab at the top of the page. 2. Click on your site title to open the 'TITLE/LOGO' control panel 3. Enter your new title in the 'Site title' field 4. Click 'Save' to apply your changes.

The site title can also be changed in the 'Edit Theme' tab while customizing your theme, by using these steps:

  1. Click on the 'Edit Theme' tab at the top of the page.
  2. Scroll down in the control panel on the left to the 'TITLE/LOGO' settings
  3. Enter your new title in the 'Site Title' field
  4. Click 'Save' to apply your changes.

Customizing the appearance of your site title

You can easily change the look and feel of your site title to match your website's design by changing the font, font size, and color. Here's how:

  1. Go to the 'Edit Theme' tab.
  2. Scroll down in the control panel on the left to the 'TITLE/LOGO' settings

To change the color of your site title:

  1. Click the color swatch next to 'Site title font color'
  2. Select your new font color using the color picker or enter the color's 6-character hex code
  3. Click 'Save'

To change the font or font size:

  1. Click on 'Site title font' to expand the customization controls
  2. Use the 'Site title font' drop-down menu to select the new font for your title

    Note: If you're on the Pro plan, you can upload a custom font here instead.

  3. Use the second drop-down menu to select the style you would like to apply to your text (thin, regular, italic, etc)
  4. Adjust the following customization options:
    • Font size: Use the slider to select the size of your text
    • Letter spacing: This slider increases or decreases the kerning within your title
    • Apply letter spacing on mobile: Use the same custom kerning for the title on your mobile site
    • Uppercase: Toggle on to make all the letter in your site title uppercase
    • Custom mobile size: Toggle on to customize the site of your site title on mobile only

Note: While making changes in the 'Edit Theme' tab, click the mobile icon in the top right corner to switch to previewing your mobile website.
